PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

Social Media and Marketing:

Develop and execute social media campaigns for emerging artists across the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
Create engaging content for different social media platforms like Instagram, FaceBook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Analyse data and metrics to track the success of social media campaigns.

Event Staging and Production:

Assist in planning and organising events featuring existing and emerging artists, including concerts, gallery showcases, and promotional events.
Learn about stage setup, lighting, and sound production during rehearsals and performances.
Coordinate with the event management team and gain hands-on experience in event logistics.

Film Set Operations:

Work as production assistants on the set of a film or music videos.
Observe and assist various departments like camera, lighting, and sound during filming.
Gain insights into the filmmaking process and understand how a production comes together.

Music Recording and Performance:

Experience the recording process in a professional studios while working on a selection of artist's music.
Participate in rehearsals and performances with the artist and bands.
Learn about music production techniques and live performance skills.

Community Engagement in Arts:

Organise workshops or outreach programs in collaboration with local communities, organisations and government agencies.
Participate in charity events and activities that promote the arts.
Engage with the public and promote the importance of arts in the community.

Fashion and Costuming:

Assist in designing and creating costumes for performances or music videos.
Work with stylists and costume designers to coordinate outfits and looks.
Learn about the role of costumes in storytelling and stage presence including make up, hair, and prosthetics.
Be involved in the process of creating makeup looks for performances or film appearances.
Observe and assist professionals in hairstyling and prosthetic application if relevant.
Learn about the transformative power of makeup and its importance in character development.
